Workin' on my fitness...

I often have to find ways (ahem, time) of resting because I’ve been doing this so long (ten years now) and I’m starting to develop shoulder and neck pain on my right dominant side. (I AM getting old though guys! 😂😭) I do regularly go to the chiropractor and get massages, but feeling like that just isn’t fully cutting it.

So what are some of your favorite stretches, workouts and self care routines? Has anyone tried accupressure or acupuncture?

I admit I could do better in the “work out” department. I need a buddy and Lucy doesn’t even lift bro!
